At Evelyn City Lofts, we’re installing a comprehensive smart building system, including:

• Full perimeter and common area access control
• Video surveillance monitoring
• An advanced audio system
• 245 unit door locks

We’re also securing 46 common area doors, ensuring safety and control across the property. This system is designed to be expandable, meaning we can easily add in-unit IoT features in the future without changing the existing setup. It’s all about flexibility and planning for the future!
